They also say that recruiter wont want to see every animation you've worked on, they would rather see one to two really strong animations you've worked on in school.
6 tips gives animators an advantage in knowing what the recruiter are looking for. However it can take away from the creative process because people will alter there work trying to impress the recruiter, taking away from there real creativity. People should be totally original when creating some thing new. There will always be recruiters out there who are looking for people who can be creative and go in there own direction, not caring what others think.
